Rural Investment Opportunities On The Rise

Last week we spoke about the rise of rural investment and the opportunities popping up around the country due to the shifting workplace environment. With more people now working from home, we see a rise in house prices across the country. We took a sample budget of €325K and compared some Dublin prices with equivalent properties in Cavan and Kildare. This week, let’s dive deeper and see what opportunities are out there.

The following should not be taken as financial advice but is simply a review of properties currently on the market. Always seek professional advice before making any long term financial decisions.
