KPM has been managing property across Ireland for almost twenty years. The business has developed from the management of one single property and has grown over time to manage over 20,000 residential properties and today operates as one of Ireland’s leading and most innovative property management agencies.

From its origins in Dublin’s city centre in 1997 the company has steadily grown in line with its origianl strategic plan. Today the company is currently based in Santry, north Dublin with regional offices in Cork and Galway.

Apartments/Blocks

KPM currently manages one of Ireland's largest apartment block portfolios. Whilst each development is unique, all require management from an experienced agent. Our hands-on approach to management sets us apart from our competitors.

Private Landlords

KPM is experienced in dealing with large and small property portfolios on behalf of private landlords. Wherever possible we strive for complete occupancy in all managed properties whilst always recognising the necessity to obtain the right quality of tenant.

Sales/Lettings

The KPM brand has been synonymous with managing property for many years but the company also operates as a sales and letting agent all over Ireland. We offer much more competitive rates for sales and lettings than traditional estate agents.

24hr Maintenance

Proactive and reactive property maintenance form a very significant part of our operations. Our maintenance teams are all qualified, fully insured and operate on a 24/7 basis. We place a strong emphasis not only on our rates but also on the quality of our work.
